Assessment
The open archive contains a grading scheme sheet for the course βGroup Theoryβ, year 2, semester III, for 100 points: two tests on handing in the assignments, 0β8 each; two assignments with a notebook and a defense, 0β4 each; theory check, 0β3; seminar work, 0β3; oral exam, 0β70. For a preliminary oral grade \(N>2\), \(7N\) points are awarded; for \(N=1,2\) the final grade equals \(N\).
Scale: 93β100 β 10, 86β92 β 9, 79β85 β 8, 72β78 β 7, 65β71 β 6, 58β64 β 5, 51β57 β 4, 44β50 β 3, 30β43 β 2, 0β29 β 1. The sheet itself does not name V. V. Shtepinβs stream and was published before the current programs, so this is archival reference information, not a guarantee of the grading scheme in force.
